Item order and delivery process straightforward and efficient. The compatible items (5 Pack Generic CT201632-5 Toner Cartridge Bundle) to my (old) printer Fuji/Xerox CM305DF are excellent. This was a repeat order and am very pleased with the products.

Doesn’t work. The printer recognises it’s not a genuine HP cartridge so it comes up with an error.

Best price and very fast delivery. Wish they wouldn't use Australia Post though as they never even try to deliver and I have to collect from the post office, creating a delay.

Customer service very friendly when I experienced a delivery problem - they solved straight away. Ink had arrived in good time, and fit printer no hassles. So far quality is good.
