This is a moot point. Customer Service have already been involved. In short our many ordered with Ink depot have usually arrived the day after or the next. This one was still not delivered 7 days after and I needed to chase it up. Customer Service were helpful and made the case a priority but were unable to call the Courier direct to enquire. This seems strange. I could have driven to the Courier's depot in 20 minutes and picked up the order myself.

Use a dry cloth or brush to remove the toner particles if you do not have a toner vacuum. Never use water, solvents or compressed air to remove the toner. If the spills occur more than once, contact customer support for assistance.
These are a few steps to try in case of toner error issue after installation:
a. Remove and reinstall the toner cartridge carefully and correctly
b. Switch off the printer and main outlet and power it back on after ten seconds
c. Gently clean the toner terminals with a soft, dry cloth before reinstallation
If these steps do not remedy the issue, contact Fuji Xerox customer support. If you’re using a compatible or remanufactured toner cartridge, get in touch with the supplier for replacement or assistance.
