Customer service very friendly when I experienced a delivery problem - they solved straight away. Ink had arrived in good time, and fit printer no hassles. So far quality is good.

You need to be able to go into the order and amend delivery address or add an item shortly after putting the order through. I need order 348466 to be delivered to 80 Cormorant Key Wannanup WA 6210 please.

Excellent service at a competitive price

Product exactly as ordered and dispatched in excellent time (same day). However: Very poor delivery time from Wacol warehouse to Brisbane address - Collected 11/01 Delivered 25/01 14 days. Not Inkdepot's fault but end result was disappointing.
