Epson EcoTank Series Epson Printers

David very quickly sourced an Epson ET-7700, when the ET-7500 was not available, and delivery was effected within 48 hours from initial order. Prompt delivery seems to be a hallmark of Ink Dept as my many years of purchasing ink cartridges attest. Rather than purchasing from electrical goods' stores, I decided that Ink Depot, with its specific and limited product line, should be the natural choice. I was right! Thank you Ink Depot!

I ordered and paid for an Epson EcoTank Workforce ET-4700 Multifunction Colour InkJet Wireless Printer early last week. The following day I received a telephone call from iCartridge informing me that they had no Epson EcoTank printers in stock and offered to refund my payment which I accepted. The following day I was delighted to receive a phone informing me that an Epson EcoTank printer had been located by iCartridge if I was still interested in purchasing the printer or accept a full refund, I of course accepted the printer rather than a refund and accordingly the printer was delivered to me by courier art 10.30am the following morning. This service was amazing and I thank iCartridge for their efficiency and assure them that any future computer purchases by me will be made through iCartridge.
