Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know when the S015633 ribbon cartridge needs replacing?
Faint output across multi-part carbon forms or uneven character darkness indicates ink depletion in the fabric ribbon, signifying it is time to fit a fresh S015633 unit.
Can I manually re-ink or re-spool an Epson LQ-350 fabric ribbon?
Manual re-inking is not recommended because uneven ink application can clog the 24-pin printhead mechanism or cause fabric snagging, leading to pin damage and compromised print clarity.
How long can spare S015633 ribbons be stored before use?
When kept sealed in their original airtight foil packaging away from direct light and heat, S015633 ribbon cartridges maintain optimal ink moisture for up to two years without degradation.
