As reported our last purchase was totally useless in our Epson WF-3820

Im about to re-order the Epson WF-3820 ink cartridges because the so called compatible QI-821XL selection were now result in nothing being printed despite running all the tests and cleaning cycles as instructed by Epson .... a major disappointment

The price for genuine Epson cartridges (I won't buy compatibles) was better than any of the others (but not by much, in one case) and the service was amazing. The parcel arrived next day, and delivery was free!

Great to have prompt acknowledgement, receipt and confirmation. Item arrived promptly. 5% bonus off was useful since the genuine cartridges are very expensive across the market.

The exchange of goods process was prompt and great. However just for future reference, please ask your staff to double-check the delivery address for the package to be sent to, as sometimes it may not be the same as what's on file.
