The product is good and much (much, much) cheaper than what I could get at a major stationery supplier. Delivery was reasonable, day 3 after my order was accepted. I would've liked it to be within the published 1-2 business days for a major capital city. My query about delivery was quickly answered.

Excellent service. The down side for me is it is delivered by freight, which goes to the depot and then I have to drive to town to it pick up. Would be better with Aust Post. May be you could offer an option. Other than that, I think your are a great company to deal with.
