Over the years Inkdepot products and service have been consistently satisfactory.
Re Cartridge. Ink blotches occurred on first use but ok after 5 pages. Previous cartridge that this replaced started producing streaks down the page and was not rectified by printer cleaning 4x. The cartridge was about half way through its life. If i have any further trouble, I will need to change supplier
