Ink Depot is always reliable and businesslike in my dealings with them over some years; however, that cannot always be said for the courier they choose to use in Victoria. Twice now I have not had items delivered to my fron door (it took me eight days to chase this order up!), and the courier apparently claims that he could not deliver it. I don't know how this could be? I live in a suburban house; I have a front door; moreover, I was at home at the time. Furthermore, the courier one again did not leave a card explaining who he claims he could not deliver my items. My theory is that he was running late and just dropped my goods at the local pick-uo place (usually a Post Office shop. This would explain why, for the second time, there was no card left and I had to phone Ink Depot to chase this up. To the credit of Ink Depot it was all sorted in a day and my goods were dropped off from a red sedan this morning. This driver did at least have the manners to knock. No, not this time. I ordered my toner etc. Monday morning; I phoned on Wednesday to find out why it was taking so unusually long and was told it would arrive on Thursday; it eventually arrived on Friday. Five days is, I think, unreasonable. I realise that the fault here was probably with the courier; however, on this ONE occasion I was really disappointed and subject to some inconvenience. Dr J.A.C.
