Excellent service. The down side for me is it is delivered by freight, which goes to the depot and then I have to drive to town to it pick up. Would be better with Aust Post. May be you could offer an option. Other than that, I think your are a great company to deal with.

I had a small when ordering but all is well. My order was delivered on time.

My order was for 4 black cartridges and 4 colour cartridges. The delivery contained 8 black cartridges. I contacted the seller and I had a quick response with the 4 colour cartridges arriving the next day. Mistakes happen, The response is what is important.
