The prices and product range are great, but what I love most about Ink Depot is the incredibly fast delivery time. I live in rural Tasmania, but I know I can rely on receiving my order within 2 working days - every time! An absolutely fabulous company to deal with. I've placed many orders over the years and they've not let me down yet. Order one day and two days later the cartridges are on my doorstep. Additionally amazing customer service - I recently placed the wrong colour cartridge into my printer and it wouldn't work. I have ordered from ink depot several times and always pleased with the prices of cartridges I need. I find their website easy to navigate and order single items instead of always a package of 5 cartridges. Some colours run out more quickly and so don't need the same lot of cartridges. Parcel comes well packaged and only a few days to get my order. very pleased.
