I am giving the five star rating because of the prompt delivery service following my order of 4 ink cartridges. An order was made on a Thursday afternoon and I needed the cartridges to be delivered by Friday afternoon. General FAQ
Use a dry cloth or brush to remove the toner particles if you do not have a toner vacuum. Never use water, solvents or compressed air to remove the toner. If the spills occur more than once, contact customer support for assistance.
These are a few steps to try in case of toner error issue after installation:
a. Remove and reinstall the toner cartridge carefully and correctly
b. Switch off the printer and main outlet and power it back on after ten seconds
c. Gently clean the toner terminals with a soft, dry cloth before reinstallation
If these steps do not remedy the issue, contact Fuji Xerox customer support. If you’re using a compatible or remanufactured toner cartridge, get in touch with the supplier for replacement or assistance.
