Unfortunately I didn’t get the parcel for a couple of days. I was used to ordering with you then getting parcel next morning (by courier I think) which was always left at front door. This time I was not home, so Aust Post took parcel to Buderim Post Office where I then had to find time and transport to go and collect, so did defeat the purpose of ordering online. Anyway parcel was in one piece so thank you

I was not only pleased with you having the ink & paper refills for my Sephy printer but also the speed of which i received the items. I ordered them late on new years eve and, despite the public holiday, my parcel arrived in Mount Gambier SA on the following Tuesday 6th January! I had hoped they would arrive before a crafting retreat starting on the Thursday so was thrilled with the postal time. I was also very happy with the cost. I purchased 3 packets of paper and, even with postage, they still worked out cheaper than most places.
