Quick and correct items as usual

Doesn’t work. The printer recognises it’s not a genuine HP cartridge so it comes up with an error.

An absolutely fabulous company to deal with. I've placed many orders over the years and they've not let me down yet. Order one day and two days later the cartridges are on my doorstep. Additionally amazing customer service - I recently placed the wrong colour cartridge into my printer and it wouldn't work. I phoned and the young man who answered was so helpful and resolved my mistake cheerfully despite it being by error. Many thanks Team - keep up the excellent work.

I did a lot of research before ordering from Ink Depot. They didn't disappoint: they had the best price and delivery was super-fast - ordered on Friday morning and delivered (to regional NSW) on Monday afternoon.

I was happy with the fast delivery but all 5 ink cartridges when all out of date. My printer rejected the cartridges multiple times but finally I got them to work. I was not happy. Now I’ll just have to see how long they work for.
