An absolutely fabulous company to deal with. I've placed many orders over the years and they've not let me down yet. Order one day and two days later the cartridges are on my doorstep. Additionally amazing customer service - I recently placed the wrong colour cartridge into my printer and it wouldn't work. Unfortunately I didn’t get the parcel for a couple of days. I was used to ordering with you then getting parcel next morning (by courier I think) which was always left at front door. This time I was not home, so Aust Post took parcel to Buderim Post Office where I then had to find time and transport to go and collect, so did defeat the purpose of ordering online. Anyway parcel was in one piece so thank you

The prices and product range are great, but what I love most about Ink Depot is the incredibly fast delivery time. I live in rural Tasmania, but I know I can rely on receiving my order within 2 working days - every time!
