Additionally amazing customer service - I recently placed the wrong colour cartridge into my printer and it wouldn't work. I was happy with the fast delivery but all 5 ink cartridges when all out of date. My printer rejected the cartridges multiple times but finally I got them to work. I was not happy. Now I’ll just have to see how long they work for.

Doesn’t work. The printer recognises it’s not a genuine HP cartridge so it comes up with an error.
