I have bought from Ink Depot before and they were really good, so I used them again. They had the product set I wanted in stock and I found out there are options for different set combinations which is very helpful to know. The site is easy to navigate, the price was great, the communication means you are informed every step of the way, and the package arrived quickly and ready to use. Doesn’t work. The printer recognises it’s not a genuine HP cartridge so it comes up with an error.

I was happy with the fast delivery but all 5 ink cartridges when all out of date. My printer rejected the cartridges multiple times but finally I got them to work. I was not happy. Now I’ll just have to see how long they work for.
