Placing my order online was, as usual, very simple. My order arrived in no time and I was contacted by Ink Depot (by phone) letting me know that my order was ready to collect Very happy with their service.

The product is good and much (much, much) cheaper than what I could get at a major stationery supplier. Delivery was reasonable, day 3 after my order was accepted. I would've liked it to be within the published 1-2 business days for a major capital city. My query about delivery was quickly answered.

Everything good - just a pity about the courier service you use. No notification as to when it was arriving and apparently arrived on a Saturday when I was at home until 3pm. Item was then inconveniently taken to a newsagents some way from my home as opposed to local PO or newsagent.
