Unfortunately I didn’t get the parcel for a couple of days. I was used to ordering with you then getting parcel next morning (by courier I think) which was always left at front door. This time I was not home, so Aust Post took parcel to Buderim Post Office where I then had to find time and transport to go and collect, so did defeat the purpose of ordering online. Anyway parcel was in one piece so thank you

Thank you for the good service and prompt delivery. The ink cartridges work well on the printer. The colour printing on photo paper appears muted - more pastel tones rather than sharp, deep tones.
