I asked to leave the Ink Parcel at the rear door, it was left at the front door, otherwise everything OK

They had the product set I wanted in stock and I found out there are options for different set combinations which is very helpful to know. Doesn’t work. The printer recognises it’s not a genuine HP cartridge so it comes up with an error.

I saw the Maths Set (Order 336608) after I had purchased the ink cartridges (Order 336607). If possible can you include the Set in with the inks in the earlier order and refund the shipping charge to my account, please? I will understand if you cannot. Thanks - Susan
