Unfortunately I didn’t get the parcel for a couple of days. I was used to ordering with you then getting parcel next morning (by courier I think) which was always left at front door. This time I was not home, so Aust Post took parcel to Buderim Post Office where I then had to find time and transport to go and collect, so did defeat the purpose of ordering online. Anyway parcel was in one piece so thank you

Ink depot is the best. I wouldn't buy from anyone else. They are quick delivering just 2 days after ordering. They are also so very helpful if you have a query or problem.

Doesn’t work. The printer recognises it’s not a genuine HP cartridge so it comes up with an error.

They had the product set I wanted in stock and I found out there are options for different set combinations which is very helpful to know. I saw the Maths Set (Order 336608) after I had purchased the ink cartridges (Order 336607). If possible can you include the Set in with the inks in the earlier order and refund the shipping charge to my account, please? I will understand if you cannot. Thanks - Susan
