I have ordered from ink depot several times and always pleased with the prices of cartridges I need. I find their website easy to navigate and order single items instead of always a package of 5 cartridges. Some colours run out more quickly and so don't need the same lot of cartridges. Parcel comes well packaged and only a few days to get my order. very pleased.

Unfortunately I didn’t get the parcel for a couple of days. I was used to ordering with you then getting parcel next morning (by courier I think) which was always left at front door. This time I was not home, so Aust Post took parcel to Buderim Post Office where I then had to find time and transport to go and collect, so did defeat the purpose of ordering online. Anyway parcel was in one piece so thank you

The online purchasing procedure is straight-forward, the price is reasonable when compared to retail outlets for similar products and delivery was effected very promptly. We are pleased with Ink Depot as an online supplier for our requirements and will continue to use them in preference to using our time going to retail outlets which often do not have the items in stock.
