love this business, I am located in a semi rural area and not many options available for computer and printing options of ink at a good price.... glad I can order from ink depot and delivery is quick and fast...all your orders stay on their sight which I love because I always forget the ink details

Impressed by, and did not expect from your name, the breadth of your products. You may be doing yourselves a disservice using such a specific business name. From vague memory, I thought I also searched for common adhesive (sticky) tape e.g. Sellotape, Scotch tape, but could not find this it - I may be at fault here but I did expect you to have this product. On the plus side, your fast interstate (?) delivery to me was quite exceptional.

Unfortunately I didn’t get the parcel for a couple of days. I was used to ordering with you then getting parcel next morning (by courier I think) which was always left at front door. This time I was not home, so Aust Post took parcel to Buderim Post Office where I then had to find time and transport to go and collect, so did defeat the purpose of ordering online. Anyway parcel was in one piece so thank you

An absolutely fabulous company to deal with. I've placed many orders over the years and they've not let me down yet. Order one day and two days later the cartridges are on my doorstep. We recently purchased some Canon photo paper from Ink Depot. We have used Ink Depot on a number of previous occasions for this product as it is difficult to get from retail outlets. The online purchasing procedure is straight-forward, the price is reasonable when compared to retail outlets for similar products and delivery was effected very promptly. We are pleased with Ink Depot as an online supplier for our requirements and will continue to use them in preference to using our time going to retail outlets which often do not have the items in stock. I have ordered from ink depot several times and always pleased with the prices of cartridges I need. I find their website easy to navigate and order single items instead of always a package of 5 cartridges. Some colours run out more quickly and so don't need the same lot of cartridges. Parcel comes well packaged and only a few days to get my order. very pleased.
