I am giving the five star rating because of the prompt delivery service following my order of 4 ink cartridges. An order was made on a Thursday afternoon and I needed the cartridges to be delivered by Friday afternoon. The order was received early Friday morning allowing me to do printing/photocopying and posting the relevant documents by 4pm Friday afternoon.

Delivery time excellent but pricing was not as good as elsewhere and the only way i could get price match was to ring and place the order. Not possible for me as I own a business where I am serving customers and not able to ring in business hours. In future I will shop where the best price is available online

Both toner cartridges reached the 40-50% mark and started having printing issues. Cartridges started printing light on both sides of the page.
