Ordering was easy and delivery to Sydney was very quick. I ordered compatible cartridges for a change and found they installed without trouble and print as well as the genuine Epson cartridges. Would recommend ink depot to anyone.

Terrible experience after ordering a drum roll instead of ink and unable to send back despite several photos clearly showing the package was in tack and resealed. Very disappointing experience. A perfect drum cartridge is now useless to me and apparently ink depot too. More land fill. Thanks guys. You could have had a new customer with many future ink orders but you chose not to accept the return. Your customer service team tried to help but despite many photos and false hope, no deal with the warehouse. Hopefully you can be more flexible with other customer and learn from losing me.
