Unfailingly prompt and reliable

My delivery arrived within two days and the price was very competitive. However, i am looking forward to when compatible cartridges are again available, although I understand this is not the fault of Ink depot. I would recommend Ink Depot to anyone.

Have been a long time customer - and will continue to be so. Have had nothing but excellent service and turnaround time from Ink Depot - wait for it - until my last order. The order arrived In 2 consignments - no big deal. But it was missing 2 items for which we had been charged. On contact we were told by customer services to please check all of the packaging - which was 20 cms by 16 cms. So we did. Still no cartridges hiding in little black holes.... Called again and was referred to warehouse - no response. Called again and was advised that warehouse had confirmed the full order had been sent. Could we please photograph all items delivered and send it through. Like days of our lives ... so passes time. The warehouse confirm to customer services yet again that all cartridges had been sent even though the photo shows 2 clearly missing - can you see the pattern. It is now 10 days later - we reply no you didn't. Mysteriously Warehouse now identify that two items were missing - so as a correction they sent not one but two sets of the missing cartridges. We email the potential error/oversight - and are referred to the returns policy - where we had to place the surplus in the mail at own time and cost and send back to Ink Depot. Asked for an alternative resolution - and told sorry but no - policy is king. Then we were offered the chance to buy the 2 extra cartridges that we did not need nor order - for us this was the easiest choice and we elected to take it until they charged us for 4 cartridges and not 2. Deja Vu .... Back where we started. In the end the charges were amended and payment made by us - you have asked for honest feedback and I can certainly confirm that in the spirit of feedback, the customer is always right (especially when they send in photos). As a recommendation - why not just have one staff contact for product fault and issues. In our short 16 day adventure we had emails from 3 different people who just seemed to repeat what others had said. Plenty of room for a solution oriented customer service response.

Every time I order supplies from inkdepot I am delighted with the speed of delivery. This,combined with very good pricing means I will return whenever supplies run low. Great job inkdepot.

I love this Company. I don't have to shop around, they have what I want, and it is at my house in a matter of days. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very fast delivery order one day get it the next day
