Your payment gateway is useless, but then again you are using that ripoff bank who used their 'clawback' provisions after buying BankWest to send many people to the wall.
I created my account, placed my order & twice CBA's gateway did not return me to my account or clear the order as paid. It just bombed me out, forcing me to re-log in again. I was not going to do it a third time! Thus, my account has been debited twice for the same item. I do have an IT background, so there is nothing wrong with my system at all. This is the first time I have had trouble making a payment on an online account & as soon as I saw it was a CBA payment gateway, my antennas were up - seems like with damned good reason.
Now, how to fix this mess?
I have been an InkDepot customer for years now and was always pleased with Company's great service. In my last order, one of the cartridges was faulty and after my call to Customer Service, they sent a replacement within 48 hours. One of the best Companies on the market.
