It appears that we receive only toner cartridge refill now and we have to use the existing cartridge frame. This was not clearly explained in the web site. It took me while to figure after reading the instruction in fine print. Previously you were sending the toner with frame.

This is the only place I purchase my ink supplies. Always excellent product with very fast postage
