It has now been 11 days since I placed my order from Brisbane. The items were dispatched from NSW promptly, however, the tracking showed they were incorrectly sent to Perth, which has caused a significant delay. I contacted customer service and received a prompt and courteous response initially, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, since then I have not received any further updates regarding the current location of my order or an expected delivery timeframe. As we run a busy office, these items are needed urgently, and the delay has been quite inconvenient. Given the error in shipping, I believe the delivery cost should be refunded. This is only my second order, and while my previous experience was positive, this situation has impacted my confidence in ordering again.

Amazing service and delivery time, abt a 3rd of the time its takes major online suppliers to great something to this far nth Qld Town. And more amazing, someone in their dispatch depot can pack a box, utilising the space, preventing movement a niggling damage. Thanks for a tidy experience much appreciated.

Impressed by, and did not expect from your name, the breadth of your products. You may be doing yourselves a disservice using such a specific business name. From vague memory, I thought I also searched for common adhesive (sticky) tape e.g. Sellotape, Scotch tape, but could not find this it - I may be at fault here but I did expect you to have this product. On the plus side, your fast interstate (?) delivery to me was quite exceptional.
