Good service, helpful people, orders arrive efficiently and quickly. Generic ink cartridges I order from them exceed the quality one would expect, are inexpensive and give better results than more expensive brands. 5 star for Service & price, both of which are excellent. They arrived almost immediately. However, 1 star for practicality for filing the documentation for claiming tax deductions. The order notification needs to include a proper tax invoice that will print on 1 sheet of paper. I'm sure that these supplies are tax deduction for many purchasers. I couldn't find an invoice and printed out the order, which was set up over 3 pages! Similar comment for electronic filing of invoices.
