Overall good. Only issue was why the printer part of the delivery, which was in the same city took almost a day to send for delivery and arrived later, in the same day, than the toner cartridges from interstate.

Could not connect to my home modem, I need buy cable to connect to my laptop, look like not wireless. the printer is nosy when print out paper.

I ordered a Kyocera printer from then. This is the first time I bought from them. But given good reviews from others, I tried them. The delivery was quick. I had a setup problem with the printer but the customer service was helpful. I would buy from them again and I certainly recommend their service.

The BEST! We purchased this model 15 mths ago and it is excellent, trouble free, good quality. My only difficulty is scanning direct to my Mac computer - difficult to set up.
