We recently purchased some Canon photo paper from Ink Depot. We have used Ink Depot on a number of previous occasions for this product as it is difficult to get from retail outlets. The online purchasing procedure is straight-forward, the price is reasonable when compared to retail outlets for similar products and delivery was effected very promptly. We are pleased with Ink Depot as an online supplier for our requirements and will continue to use them in preference to using our time going to retail outlets which often do not have the items in stock. I've been ordering from InkDepot for some years now, their pricing is good and their delivery is very fast. Very happy customer. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

It has now been 11 days since I placed my order from Brisbane. The items were dispatched from NSW promptly, however, the tracking showed they were incorrectly sent to Perth, which has caused a significant delay. I contacted customer service and received a prompt and courteous response initially, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, since then I have not received any further updates regarding the current location of my order or an expected delivery timeframe. As we run a busy office, these items are needed urgently, and the delay has been quite inconvenient. Given the error in shipping, I believe the delivery cost should be refunded. This is only my second order, and while my previous experience was positive, this situation has impacted my confidence in ordering again.
