Re-manufactured 62CXL cartridges did not work on HP Office jet 5740

This is a bit of a hope review. I purchased this as a spare to my last icartridge which is still going strong and has good toner density. What amazed me about the new spare was the speed of delivery, it came in no more than two days after order. I expect the product will perform strongly as the last and currently in use one has. I just hope the older one finishes and I get to use the new before the printer is superseded or I cannot get a driver to run it, but that is not icartridge's thing.

I placed an order for the ink cartridge after it was confirmed to be in stock. It arrived within twenty four hours. Considering the pandemic this is excellent service. Well done.

I am reporting on the service more than anything, it was quick, the man rang the door bell so I was able to quickly go out and pick it up from where the courier had left it. I wont need to use it for some time yet so can't comment about the cartridge yet.

Excellent product & service

Ink cartridges purchased stated they were 'compatible' with my printers. Once installed the 200XL 5 pack bundle did not work at all, an the TN2250 2 pack bundle print quality was terrible. Have sent these both back for a refund, will not purchase from this site again. First and last time
