The product works perfectly. The delivery this time was the worst ever from this company, ordered on July 20 and not delivered until July 30. I received a phone call on July 26 saying a card had been left at our address by the courier and we had not responded to that but there was no sign of a card. Past deliveries have been as quick as the day of order or up to a couple of business days which is great.

Always deliver either next day or the day after and ALWAYS get the order right. On one occasion I had some issues with a cartridge and called them. No questions asked - they just immediately sent me replacements at no charge and told me to just bin or recycle the others. One of my favourite online suppliers. Richard - Cottesloe WA

Have just received my order for re-manufactured HP cartridges. I can't comment on the cartridges as they're in the cupboard on standby for when the printer calls for them. However, I'd like to sing my praises for inkdepot as a business. I needed advice before ordering and this was given me quickly and clearly. I have always found their pricing to be competitive. But I especially wish to comment on their efficiency ... order was placed on Thursday morning around 11:00 and received at my office (575km distance) the next day at midday. That's impressive.
