Very prompt delivery
I have recently purchased the above cartridges from you and tried to put the black and magenta into my printer today as I needed to print my final notes for my exams this week. The printer would not work and kept telling me the cartridges (Magenta and black) were both damaged and needed replacing. I ended up going to Officeworks and purchasing genuine cartridges as I was desperate and they are working just fine. I have never had problems before but this is really unacceptable as I have just wasted product costs and shipping costs. Can you please advise as I am very upset and this could not have happened at a worse time. Thank you.
