I am giving the five star rating because of the prompt delivery service following my order of 4 ink cartridges. An order was made on a Thursday afternoon and I needed the cartridges to be delivered by Friday afternoon. The order was received early Friday morning allowing me to do printing/photocopying and posting the relevant documents by 4pm Friday afternoon.

Hi there, I was, initially, a little bit disappointed that I didn't received the brother toner I was needing urgently, as quickly as expected but once delivered I put it on my customer's printer and so far all good. I think it's fair to say that if something to blame for the delay in delivering faster is the horrible weather conditions we have faced lately. All in all, I'm happy with the purchase from InkDepot !!!
