I have dealt with Ink Depot for some years, never had a problem, extremely prompt and efficient service - Canon Genuine inks, and recently purchased an Epsom Printer.... Excellent. Will now be purchasing the Epsom inks!

As I explained when I rang icartridge the printer will not stay on A4 settings when trying to print emails. Attahments are fine, but it will revert to cassette 1 and 6x4 formmat as soon as i try to print an ordinary email. I rang Epsom and was told to unistall and reinstall, this I did but just the same.
