Excellent prices and time frame for delivery, we will be back. Thank you

Great price, super quick delivery just what businesses need

Fast delivery

I was impressed with how fast the delivery was.

The fastest delivery! 35 hrs later and it was here. Awesome

Shipped very fast, item is as described, very happy and will return 😊

Excellent service

Offered the best price for book tape. Parcel arrived in good time, especially so during the Xmas/Holiday period. Will probably buy again from InkDepot when appropriate.

Great company to deal with, very fast to dispatch. Highly recommend this company

It arrived as expected, can’t ask for more than that!

5 Stars: Loved it - I would recommend this company to anyone

Always fast delivery.

It has now been 11 days since I placed my order from Brisbane. The items were dispatched from NSW promptly, however, the tracking showed they were incorrectly sent to Perth, which has caused a significant delay. I contacted customer service and received a prompt and courteous response initially, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, since then I have not received any further updates regarding the current location of my order or an expected delivery timeframe. As we run a busy office, these items are needed urgently, and the delay has been quite inconvenient. Given the error in shipping, I believe the delivery cost should be refunded. This is only my second order, and while my previous experience was positive, this situation has impacted my confidence in ordering again.

Very quick delivery. Product exactly as described and arrived in excellent order.

Excellent service and product. Item arrived super fast!

My order turned up quickly and in perfect condition. I’m happy with my order :)

Insanely fast delivery & great price too! Well done

Delivery arrived promptly, however there was an issue (damage that happened in transit). Communication was great and the issue was very quickly resolved.

Bought a label maker, and these guys had the cheapest prices going around. Had a slight delay with my delivery but I was notified and I wasn’t in a rush. Highly recommend!

First time order with ink depot and won't be my last. My order arrived with phenomenal speed. The goods were as ordered and undamaged. We had put 95% of our personal belongings, including the contents of my home office into storage whilst in the process of selling and moving house. In that time there was a fire, and whether or not our belongings are damaged or not, the storage facility has deemed retrieval of our goods (& those of other customers) inaccessible, meaning that we now have to replace most of our goods in our retirement. I have started the process with some Marbig lever arch folders to get the filing system back in order. Very impressed with ink depot! Highly recommend.

Amazing service and delivery time, abt a 3rd of the time its takes major online suppliers to great something to this far nth Qld Town. And more amazing, someone in their dispatch depot can pack a box, utilising the space, preventing movement a niggling damage. Thanks for a tidy experience much appreciated.
