I did a lot of research before ordering from Ink Depot. They didn't disappoint: they had the best price and delivery was super-fast - ordered on Friday morning and delivered (to regional NSW) on Monday afternoon.

I have bought from Ink Depot before and they were really good, so I used them again. They had the product set I wanted in stock and I found out there are options for different set combinations which is very helpful to know. The site is easy to navigate, the price was great, the communication means you are informed every step of the way, and the package arrived quickly and ready to use. The product is good and much (much, much) cheaper than what I could get at a major stationery supplier. Delivery was reasonable, day 3 after my order was accepted. I would've liked it to be within the published 1-2 business days for a major capital city. My query about delivery was quickly answered.

It has now been 11 days since I placed my order from Brisbane. The items were dispatched from NSW promptly, however, the tracking showed they were incorrectly sent to Perth, which has caused a significant delay. I contacted customer service and received a prompt and courteous response initially, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, since then I have not received any further updates regarding the current location of my order or an expected delivery timeframe. As we run a busy office, these items are needed urgently, and the delay has been quite inconvenient. Given the error in shipping, I believe the delivery cost should be refunded. This is only my second order, and while my previous experience was positive, this situation has impacted my confidence in ordering again.

The inks I require are not easily accessible at the shops, hence my reason for shopping with Ink Depot. I have shopped with them numerous times because of this reason. Every time my order has arrived the very next day! Great customer service.
