This is a moot point. Customer Service have already been involved. In short our many ordered with Ink depot have usually arrived the day after or the next. This one was still not delivered 7 days after and I needed to chase it up. Customer Service were helpful and made the case a priority but were unable to call the Courier direct to enquire. This seems strange. I could have driven to the Courier's depot in 20 minutes and picked up the order myself.
We have been ordering from inkdepot for over a year now. They have always been very quick with their service. The true test is when something goes wrong. I made an incorrect order - they helped me with returns and credits very quickly, and with such a helpful and professional manner. Would highly recommend.
