Great service. Ordered the ink cartridges one day and had them delivered to my door 25 hours later (from Queensland to Coffs Harbour). Never had a delivery that quickly before.

Had nothing but issues of late. The HP5740 ink cartridges had to be replaced once. I have no faith the replacement will work when I need it. Since the latest batch of cartridges for my HP7740 were installed, it constantly fails to print in colour!! I have to constantly deep clean the cartridges so regular that there is no ink left for printing!!! Terribly disappointed in the iCartrdige products of late. I won't be buying again. Please advise how I can delete my account and/or do it for me (confirm via email). Thanks Wes

Re-manufactured 62CXL cartridges did not work on HP Office jet 5740
I ordered and received 3 remanufactured cartridges in June this year (2018). A few days later I received 3 original carridges of the same ink (By mistake). I promptly returned them with the promise that my postage costs would be refunded. Despite many requests this has not happened. I could have kept the ink (value well over $100) but instead was honest and returned them . These people are unethical. Do not deal with them.
This is not exactly a review. I received two parcels for my recent order, the one I ordered and a second parcel containing, I believe, 3 original HP cartridges of the same ink which I returned untouched immediately. I was promised a refund for the return postage which I have not yet received. Please look into this for me. Many thanks, Michael Afaras
