Expected page output and replacement cycles
High-volume monochrome laser printing relies on strict ISO/IEC 19752 testing standards to calculate Black toner cartridge capacity. The CT201949 toner delivers an exceptional page yield designed to keep large office print queues moving smoothly with minimal cost per page.
| Cartridge Number | Type | Colour | Page Yield | Cost Per Page |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| CT201949 | Standard | Black | 25,000 | $0.020 |
Cost Per Page = Total Cartridge Price ÷ Page Yield (at 5% coverage). Prices based on Genuine cartridges.
Choosing between genuine and compatible toner
For high-volume office printing, compatible CT201949 toner cartridges offer significant cost reductions without compromising text sharpness. Under Australian Consumer Law, using compatible cartridges does not void your printer warranty. Drum units and system maintenance components
The Fuji Xerox DocuPrint P455d uses a separate drum assembly and maintenance unit to manage image transfer and internal paper feeding. Experience Tip: The genuine CT350976 drum unit has a rated page life of 100,000 prints, meaning it outlasts up to four standard CT201949 toner cartridge replacements before needing swap-out.
Cartridge ordering and fast dispatch
If you manage high-volume text printing, buying CT201949 compatible bundles reduces ongoing overheads, with all compatible options backed by a full money back guarantee. We ship directly from our national warehouse network across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide to ensure prompt delivery to your office.
Pro Tip
Always verify whether print fading is caused by a depleted CT201949 toner cartridge or an exhausted CT350976 drum unit by printing a status report, as replacing toner will not resolve lines caused by an aged drum.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know whether to replace the CT201949 toner or the CT350976 drum unit?
The CT201949 toner cartridge holds the Black powder used for printing and requires changing roughly every 25,000 pages, whereas the CT350976 drum unit transfers that toner onto paper and lasts up to 100,000 pages. Why is the EL300846 maintenance kit necessary for high-volume printing?
The EL300846 maintenance kit contains feed rollers and fuser components rated for 200,000 pages, ensuring smooth paper passage and heat application over long-term office use after multiple drum and toner replacements.
