Ricoh SP 3600DN Toner Cartridges
Your Ricoh SP 3600DN uses the Ricoh 407337 toner cartridge series along with 407324 drum units and 407328 maintenance kits. Ink Depot has been supplying reliable consumables for this high-speed A4 monochrome printer since Nov 2015. Heavy document production demands steady toner availability, making multi-packs a practical option. Our 4.8 Google rating reflects a long-standing track record of premium cartridge performance.
Expected page output and replacement cycles
Rated yields for Ricoh toner cartridges follow ISO/IEC 19752 standards for monochrome laser printing based on 5% page coverage. Standard office document density, heavy graphic elements, and continuous print runs will impact actual total page yield before toner replacement is needed.
| Cartridge Number | Type | Colour | Page Yield | Cost Per Page |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 407337 | Standard | Black | 6,000 | $0.030 |
Cost Per Page = Total Cartridge Price ÷ Page Yield (at 5% coverage). Prices based on Genuine cartridges.
Drum units and maintenance kits
The 407324 drum unit is a separate imaging component rated for 20,000 pages, functioning independently from the toner supply. Experience Tip: The 407324 drum unit lasts through more than three standard 407337 toner replacements before needing renewal. The 407328 maintenance kit handles internal wear items to ensure smooth paper handling across higher workload cycles.
Best way to stock these cartridges

Pro Tip
Track drum unit lifecycle notifications separately from toner low messages; installing a fresh 407337 toner cartridge into an exhausted 407324 drum unit will result in grey background haze or vertical banding across printed documents.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many 407337 toner cartridges can I use before replacing the 407324 drum unit?
Because the 407324 drum unit is rated for 20,000 pages and each 407337 toner yields approximately 6,000 pages, you will generally replace the drum unit after every three to four toner cartridges under standard 5% coverage conditions.
Why does my print output look faded if the 407337 toner is brand new?
In the Ricoh SP 3600DN printing system, faint text or uneven toner transfer on a fresh cartridge usually indicates that the separate 407324 drum unit has reached the end of its imaging lifespan and requires replacement.
Is the 407328 maintenance kit replaced at the same time as the toner?
No, the 407328 maintenance kit contains long-life mechanical wear parts such as feed rollers and fuser components, which operate on a significantly longer replacement cycle than routine 407337 toner cartridges.
