Ricoh IM C2000 Toner Cartridges
Shop toner cartridges for your Ricoh IM C2000, which uses the Ricoh 842315-18 toner cartridges series along with 418425 waste toner bottles. Ink Depot has been supplying reliable consumables for this printer since Sep 2021. The Ricoh IM C2000 is an A3 colour multifunction printer built for high-volume office document workflows. Heavy text printing drains black 842315 cartridges faster, while replacing colour toners in full 842315-842318 bundles prevents unexpected workflow stops. Our 4.8 Google rating reflects a long-standing track record of premium cartridge performance.
Expected page output and replacement cycles
Black 842315 toners deliver up to 16,500 pages, whereas 842316, 842317, and 842318 colour cartridges produce up to 10,500 pages each. Standard yields follow ISO/IEC 19798 testing procedures for laser printing devices. Routine office paperwork depletes black toner quicker, while colour usage depends on graphics frequency.

Choosing between genuine and compatible toners
High-volume offices seeking lower operational expenses can choose compatible 842315 black and 842316-842318 colour cartridges alongside OEM options. Read our genuine vs compatible guide to learn how third-party cartridges compare. Under Australian Consumer Law, using compatible cartridges does not void your printer warranty.
Waste toner bottle replacements
The Ricoh IM C2000 uses a 418425 waste toner bottle rated for up to 100,000 pages. Experience Tip: The 418425 waste toner bottle collects excess toner dust across multiple cartridge replacement cycles before requiring replacement.
Best way to stock these cartridges
If you print mainly text documents, purchasing individual black 842315 cartridges keeps inventory streamlined. If you print colour graphics, bundle packs containing 842315 to 842318 cartridges offer superior value. Compatible toners include a money-back guarantee for added confidence, backed by our returns policy. Browse our complete range of Ricoh toner cartridges. We dispatch directly from warehouses in Perth, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide. Free delivery applies on all orders over $99.
Pro Tip
To minimise downtime on busy office networks, order a replacement 418425 waste toner bottle when installing your final spare 842315 black cartridge, as waste containers fill gradually over high-volume printing runs.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many pages can I print before needing a new 418425 waste toner container?
The genuine Ricoh 418425 waste toner bottle lasts approximately 100,000 pages, outlasting roughly six black 842315 toner cartridges under typical standard coverage.
Do I need to replace all colour cartridges (842316, 842317, 842318) at the same time?
No, each toner cartridge operates independently. You can replace cyan, magenta, or yellow individually as each colour depletes, though purchasing four-colour bundles reduces overall ordering overheads.
Will using compatible 842315 to 842318 cartridges affect page output?
Compatible toners are manufactured to match original yield standards of 16,500 pages for black and 10,500 pages for each colour cartridge.
