Product is excellent. Have been using Ink Depot for years. All good. Except this last time I ordered. Instructions were to leave at front door if not home. Because you used Startrack (apparently - Aus Post) they couldn't leave it at home so it went back to the nearest Post Office. So after driving to the Post Office and waiting in the usual line, I received the order. Cost me about an hour in time. So the moral of the story is - don't use Aus Post!
