Frequently Asked Questions
Do the Brother PJ-662 and PJ-663 use the same ink cartridges?
Yes, both the PJ-662 and PJ-663 mobile printers belong to the same PocketJet series and share identical N8BJ00007 consumable specifications.
How do thermal consumables perform in high-temperature field environments?
Direct thermal consumables react to heat during the printing process, so unprinted rolls or sheets should be stored in cool, dry conditions away from direct sunlight inside service vehicles to preserve heat sensitivity.
Are N8BJ00007 consumables compatible across other PocketJet models?
While N8BJ00007 items fit PJ-662 and PJ-663 models, always verify roll and cut-sheet width constraints if transferring media across older or newer PocketJet series.
Why is purchasing consumables in bulk recommended for field service teams?
Bulk ordering reduces individual shipment processing fees and guarantees field technicians always have adequate supplies on hand during extended client calls.
