HP 940 & 940XL Ink Cartridges

I was happy with the fast delivery but all 5 ink cartridges when all out of date. My printer rejected the cartridges multiple times but finally I got them to work. I was not happy. Now I’ll just have to see how long they work for.

Thought I was buying HP cartridges for my printer. Turned out to be non HP remanufactured. Nothing worked so a total loss.

I purchased QimageH940XL 5 Pack Bundle on 12 December. The Cyan Cartridge appeared to be faulty so I contacted Ink Depot. The faulty cartridge was replace by a second faulty cartridge. That was then replaced by a genuine cartridge. Thanks to them for solving the problem but I still have unused cartridges from the pack that could be faulty. My Christmas printing that was to be done and posted a week ago is now commencing.

The measurements I make with electronic scales show that each cartridge in each of the last two orders was about 2 grams lighter than the previous order. At this rate they will be arriving empty after another fifteen orders.

Ink depot are brilliant. They tick the boxes. Well priced efficient pleasant to deal with. Why would I shop elsewhere. I order one day and everything arrives the next.
