Printers Compatible with Epson PJIC1-PJIC6 Ink Cartridges
Disc printing yields and cartridge life cycle
Epson measures PJIC cartridge yields under ISO/IEC 24711 and 24712 standards for colour printing continuous output. Actual disc output varies depending on surface coverage, label design density, and printhead maintenance cycles during extended disc production runs.
Ordering strategies for continuous batch production
When publishing disc artwork with heavy background fills, cyan and magenta depletion rates spike compared to black text label printing. Stocking full colour sets prevents mid-batch production stops. All genuine Epson ink cartridges are covered by our standard returns policy. Orders are dispatched directly from our regional warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide for fast transit times. Free delivery applies on all orders over $99.
Pro Tip
DiscProducer automation robotics perform auto-cleaning cycles if a cartridge runs empty mid-job. Always replace low cartridges prior to starting automated 100-disc publishing queues to avoid unnecessary ink purging across all installed printheads.
