In the past delivery and responsiveness has been very good. Not so much this time. Ordered 8.21am Wednesday 11 March with delivery instructions. Received advice ordere shipped same day at 4.09pm. No further updates until order delivered later thahn usual on Monday 16 March- delivery instructions not followed and courier did not shut the gate behind them. Disappointed.
