I have been purchasing compatible (3rd party) toner cartridges from Ink Depot for years, and have always been delighted with their products and service. Delivery is fast, prices and low and their products are good quality. However, with my most recent purchase, they went above and beyond. Shortly after commencing use of a new toner cartridge, I began experiencing printing problems - so they immediately sent me a replacement cartridge, with no hassle. But I then subsequently discovered that the problem was actually with the printer itself, and both cartridges are working fine! So, in summary, Ink Depot not only have great products, but also fantastic customer service!

I am giving the five star rating because of the prompt delivery service following my order of 4 ink cartridges. An order was made on a Thursday afternoon and I needed the cartridges to be delivered by Friday afternoon. The order was received early Friday morning allowing me to do printing/photocopying and posting the relevant documents by 4pm Friday afternoon.
